This agreement is between Clover ("Provider") and Doyle Builders ("Client"). SERVICES. Final-grade cleanup, sod, and foundation planting on a per-lot basis across the Riverbend subdivision, scheduled against closing dates. SCHEDULING. Client provides a minimum of two (2) business days' notice per lot. Provider holds route capacity accordingly. FEES. Per accepted quote, per lot. 50% on scheduling, balance net 14. SITE RULES. Provider crews observe all site safety requirements while the lot remains an active construction site.
