Agreement text
This service agreement is between {{tenant.businessName}} ("Provider") and {{client.contactName}} ("Client"). 1. SERVICES. Provider agrees to perform the landscaping services described herein at the Client's property located at {{client.serviceAddress}}. 2. SCHEDULE. Recurring service visits will occur on the agreed cadence (weekly, biweekly, or other). One-time services will begin on or around the scheduled start date and proceed to completion, weather permitting. Provider will give reasonable notice of any schedule changes due to weather. 3. PRICING. Services are billed per the quoted project price or the Provider's published rates (per visit, per square foot of lawn area, or flat rate as agreed). Invoices are due within {{tenant.overdueDays}} days of receipt. Material costs (mulch, sod, plants, fertilizer) and significant scope changes may incur additional charges with prior approval. 4. CANCELLATION. Either party may cancel this agreement with 14 days written notice. Recurring service contracts may be paused for the off-season. Deposits cover materials and scheduling and are non-refundable once materials are purchased. 5. ACCESS. Client agrees to provide Provider with reasonable access to the property during scheduled work, including unlocked gates and secured pets. 6. PROPERTY CARE. Provider carries general liability insurance and exercises reasonable care around irrigation heads, low-voltage lighting, ornamental plantings, and pet areas. Client is responsible for flagging hidden hazards (invisible fences, septic lines, etc.) in writing prior to first service. 7. WEATHER & SEASONAL. Mowing, fertilization, and similar services may be rescheduled within the same week for safety or turf health. Snow, frost, and standing water are valid reasons to defer a visit. 8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
